"Not the cleanest room but staff was able to let us check in early which was nice. Wouldn’t pay extra for a window unless you choose the room bc we got a view of the building next door. Ac shuts off when you leave so every time you get back the room is hot and stuffy"

"Bugs in room on first floor. Mildew smell in room. Our friend also staying in hotel on different floor also had bugs in his room. Notified staff and they sent housekeeping which offered to clean my toilets. Informed them again upon checkout of bugs and staff were again not helpful. To top it off we dined in The Double Standard and I got ill from eating the food. "This hotel is so cutea, quaint, and is exactly what we need for an overnight stay. The gentlemen working the front office are super helpful and kind. I was worried about the availability of AC/Air-conditioner/Air conditioning given the heat wave stretching across London and Europe. I can assure you that room 6’s AC is super powerful and we so appreciate it. "No AC, very noisy with groups of kids coming in and out of the property."
