Located within the King’s Run condominium community, your vacation begins the moment you arrive on site, where guests can take full advantage of desirable onsite amenities of the seasonal, heated swimming pool, year-round spa/hot tub, and a lodge-like clubhouse with game room, fireplace, cozy seating area, and more. Retreat to the home for happy hour out on the breezy balcony, sipping on a glass of fine wine while you unwind after a full day of adventure.



Just a 5-minute drive from the sandy shores of King’s Beach, you’ll be ready to turn up the heat with all manner of water-themed activities at your leisure whether getting on the lake to explore its many hidden wonders or sipping on a refreshing drink at a waterside restaurant. The well-equipped kitchen will have you whipping up all your favorite homemade meals in no time, with full-sized appliances alongside ample countertop space and cabinetry for preparation and storage. The circular dining table accommodates meals both large and light, afterward offering a space to host a competitive game night.



This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests between a loft and full size sleeper sofa in the living room.



The loft includes a luxurious queen size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep.



The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
