"Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is a little strange because it's a mix of a lot of older homes, located behind a 7-11, BUT it is just a humble area and we felt safe. "Neighbors were nice too! We stayed while we moved my daughter from one apartment to another. It was a great way for my daughter to have a place to live for a few days, while my husband and I came and went depending on the moving progress. The house was comfortable (and my daughter said she slept soundly). The neighbor mowed the lawn and kindly chatted. We felt safe and comfortable!"
