"For an older building, the owners have done a lot to keep it worth staying here. I am a repeat guest. Fridge and microwave in the room was a nice surprise. Good walk-in shower. The room smelled musty, but the room across the hall was being renovated. An easy 1/2 mile walk to the convention center and a handful of eateries with a couple of blocks. I observed plenty of parking in the early morning for a fairly booked hotel."

"I've stayed here before, so the issues were not unexpected, but it's so close to my family. The people staying there trash it, and the staff did try - once while I was there - to blow all the garbage to the sides where employees picked it up. A strange guy went through all the garbage cans, pulled things out of them, hid under staircases to go through the stuff, then left it all over the place. But I was treated very nicely by the staff and really appreciated how helpful they were."

"Close to market and restaurants. Food trucks is on the other side of street as well as active railroads. The suite have stove, microwave.. but no pans or pods. No kitchenwares either. Big refrigerator and the coffee maker are nice"
