"Great staff and location. Nice overnight stay. Double bed was 2 singles joined and in need of replacing. My big gripe however isn't that though, its something that can be easily rectified. The coffee at breakfast was awful. Really bad. You remember things like that and it does make a difference."

We didn't eat as there were plenty of options close by and we were out and about. Main bar was really nice and the late night staff were brilliant. Not pushy and very accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"Was over for a 2 night stay for a concert. Boutiqe hotel with a lot of nods to the history of the building. Very clean, spacious rooms with everything you need, safe, iron, ironing board and even a radio. Staff were great. Bonus for the hotel is its location and its proximity to the theatre, city centre, museum, bus station and cathedral. Hotel also has GF options for breakfast. Check out the Golden Cross bar in the city centre for a totally GF experience."
