  • Welcome to Homely Stay Grand Living—your modern temporary home in the quiet residential neighborhood of Kindsbach near Kaiserslautern.

    This high-quality semi-detached home offers approximately 175 square meters of space for up to 8 guests and is ideal for families, groups, business travelers, and long-term stays. With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an additional guest restroom, and a large private terrace with a seating area and grill, this property combines spacious living with modern comfort.

    The bright living and dining room is perfect for relaxing, working, or spending time together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for both short and long stays.

    Modern cooling system available. There is no traditional air conditioning with individual temperature control, but the room stays pleasantly cool even on warm days.

    Before your arrival, you’ll receive access to our web-based guest app. All guests must use this app to fill out a digital check-in form before arrival. There, you’ll also find all the important information regarding check-in, parking, and your stay. Additional services such as early check-in, late check-out, or mid-stay cleaning can also be conveniently booked via the guest app.

    Dogs are welcome for an additional fee. A separate dog deposit is also required for stays with a dog.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We loved the property...very clean and spacious. The hosts were great. When we had questions about the property, they were able to answer them quickly. Even though, there were 3 levels, we only needed 2 levels. We were able to use the washing machine on the second level without any issues and they had detergent available, which was much appreciated. We would definitely rent here again.
