The location close to a metro station and great food choices were pluses. I really enjoyed the onsen in the basement of the hotel. Used it everyday sometimes twice a day. Super clean and large. Staff was professional and very nice. I love Japan and this hotel was perfect for our stay around Tokyo. "

The suite we had was extremely spacious and well appointed. Many amenities and anything you need is in the room. The property has more than 5 restaurants, wedding salon, spa, health club, poll with saunas, convenience store, many shops and a delightful lounge overlooking the Tokyo Tower and waterfalls for afternoon tea or lunch. This hotel is located in a park and has several shrines on site to walk through. The area is Ginza and easy to take car service, uber, taxi anywhere you want to go. Everything is nearby. I would highly recommend this extraordinary hotel and will definitely be staying here on my return to Tokyo. "
