"We arrived and were instantly transported to a place of peace, quiet and tranquility. The cottage was presented beautifully, with a little welcome hamper that was unique but brilliant. The facilities were very well presented with all the equipment we could need, very impressed to find a coffee machine (not 1 but 2 the filter machine was for us). Tom arrived shortly after and was very welcoming. After indulging in the hot tub and a cosy log fire we were relaxed and had an amazing long weekend....

"We had our family (all 19 of us) holiday in 3 tents at Kittisford Barton. It's a great, out of the way location. The tents are very comfortable and servisable. We appreciated having hot water in the shower and for washing up, and a toilet. We loved having no electricity, just candles and lamps. And the hot tubs were a great asset. Martin, the site manager was very welcoming, friendly and helpful, if needed. We would absolutely recommend glamping here :) I'm sure we'll be back sometime..."

"A very enjoyable few days. Did not walk far as Mum(94) was in a wheelchair, which necessitated driving anywhere. Lamps in bunkbed room need looking at and guttering need cleaning out. Lovely waterfalls with the heavy rain. Would certainly reccommend it as a base in the area."

"The site is spacious with great views. The lodge was clean and well maintained with good covid procedures. There are lots of good walks and rides possible from the site and easy access to Minehead. Ship at Porlock Weir is worth a visit."
