"Very centrally located but quiet hotel. Comfy bed, good room temperature control and great shower. Lovely, relaxed and a bit quirky social spaces. Very good breakfast - lots of choice and with a brunch offer once the breakfast service was complete. Late check out until 2pm was very much appreciated. Check-in staff were knowledgeable and cheerful. Breakfast staff were on-hand for ordering extras and kept the food buffet topped-up. I really rate this hotel - would definitely stay again."

"A beautiful hotel with a fascinating history. I loved the ship models and photographs of the shipbuilding history that are all over the hotel. The staff were friendly and our room was nice, with a beautiful bathroom with quality toiletries. The shower drained rather slowly and the light fixtures could use a dust. Overall, though, we had a great stay at a beautiful hotel."

"Fabulous stay in a King suite. Immaculate, comfortable and surprisingly well thought out. Great, intelligent use of space. Good power shower too! Staff couldn't be more helpful. Situation was perfect. Near to venue we were visiting. If I had to nitpick...the Breakfast wasn't great! Could do with Hot chocolate in the room."

"Amazing from start to finish. Loved that the rooms were serviced twice daily… totally amazed at the room being prepared for bedtime. Water bottles restocked and placed at bedside with glasses, blinds closed, cushions etc removed off bed. Breakfast was splendid. Option of smoothie as well as fruit juice was delightful. The yoghurt with lemon curd was to die for. Such a selection of cold meats, fry, fruit, fresh baked breads. Loved every minute."

"We have stay here before and will be back again in the near future.. the loction is exelent on bangor seafront and the staff are super friendly and very helpful.. but on top of this the bar area has a very cool vibe going on with great live entertainment and a buzz that just puts a smile on your face as soon as you walk in the door! Then to top it all of the food in the resturaunt was absolutely top notch.all in all a great place to stay,dine,"
