"The staff there was like a close knit family unit. Everyone was friendly and warm. The rooms are nice. The location is excellent for dining and shopping options. We loved stopping by the bar for a nightcap. Great atmosphere. The rooms were quiet at night even though there was "liveliness" going on outside. My only gripe is the fact that now all the hotels have taken away any storage options other than a tiny two pole wardrobe with 5 hangers. We were there for a week. It would have been nice to have drawers for our clothes and not live out of our suitcases. Beyond that, I'd definitely stay at the Grafton again and again."

"This hotel was a delight to stay in. Staff were incredibly friendly, hotel was clean, comfortable and so energy efficient! But truly the location cannot be beat - right on the corner of Stephen's Green. And as an added bonus, the hotel bar has some of the best cocktails I have ever had (and the bartenders are so detail oriented, friendly, and passionately knowledgeable about their craft). I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone!"
