"The coffee machine did not work in the room and they couldn’t get it fixed. Nespresso has other machines that work. They got ripped off on the model in the hotel rooms. Everything else was great though."

"Manager (Ibiwari) was professional, compassionate, and friendly. She helped me with my lost luggage. I cannot thank her enough. Same goes for Sandrah. The front desk called me to inform me of the status of my lost luggage. Thanks folks."
