"After having spent a couple of nights at a so-called 4-star hotel in London, the easy-going simplicity of Park Inn, its kind, approachable staff, the relaxed and quality dining, and the thoughtfulness of an openable window and a portable fan made for a superior and very relaxing and ver convient experience. I have been through Shannon a dozen times but never stayed here before -- I plan to, next time I visit Ireland. "

"My wife and I arrived for a 3 night stay. The hotel was spotless. The staff at reception were so friendly and professional. We booked a Deluxe room which was fantastic and absolutely spotless. We ate at the hotel for 2 nights and found the food and service excellent. The breakfast was equally as good.. the hotel is situated 2 mins from main shopping . The other night we ate in a pub called Knox's. .Staff were super and food also. Lovely Hotel and great spot for turning."

We loved the location, especially compared to other properties we passed through in more congested areas. "It's an old fashioned hotel. If you feel physically limited be sure to tell them in advance; my room required stairs as the lift did not reach that level. The bathroom was fully modern. The breakfast was excellent, with kitchen orders as well as buffet. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The bar has live entertainment. The ground are spectacular, with a view of the river and falls."
