"Room was clean"

"Beautiful hotel, inside and out! Great breakfast with several choices of food and beverages. Very roomy lobby, plenty of comfy seating. Fitness and pool areas. I was in room 212 and it was super convenient and comfortable. Accessible shower with seat. Room has microwave and small fridge. Two large TVs, one in seating area and one in front of bed. Temperature worked very well. Very nice hotel staff."

After complaining, they inform me that I had to be out of the room for them to clean the bathroom and note that's all they clean for the week that I stayed there. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. As it relates...
