"My only disappointment with Curragh Cottage was that no former tenants came to say hello . Obtuse I know, but I had the feeling there could have been a friendly spirit within those walls . Maybe next time or on a warmer night ."

"Warm, cosy, clean & comfortable. Great location to walk to town & waterfront & beach. Cottage was sold after we booked but everything still went smoothly. Only complaint - chaise lounge should be replaced by a small 2 seater lounge. We plan to stay here again"

"Anna and Steve were lovely hosts, including everything in the cottage from tea and coffee, kitchen appliances and bathroom additions such as soaps and bath crystals. The cottage was beautifully designed and spacious, with a stunning back porch and front gardens with a fountain, large outdoor chess set and picnic areas made this holiday tranquil and welcoming. The guest book was extensive with information on the cottage and places in the area to visit. Thank you for having us, we loved our stay....

The owners were so thoughtful and left us a card and chocolates as we were celebrating my birthday and our wedding anniversary ❤️ The cottage exceeded our expectations. "This was such a sweet, clean well appointed cottage. Close to shops for morning coffee, beautiful light through the windows. Lovely linen and comfortable bed. I was so grateful that dogs are allowed - my small senior pet enjoyed his wander in the large grassy yard. Highly recommend this property. Hassle free booking and check in process."
