Victoria Place is a beautiful condominium resort that sits directly across from 2 beach accesses along the Beach Road in Kill Devil Hills.

Centrally located at Milepost 9, you'll find many interesting attractions and fun activities nearby. From watersports and miniature golf to Jockey's Ridge State Park, the Wright Brothers Memorial, great restaurants and shops, you're sure to find something to please everyone.

Need a change of pace from the surf and sand during your stay?... No problem. Guests have access to the Outer Banks YMCA, located in Nags Head. This 28,000 sq ft. facility offers activities for youth, teens and adults of all ages - perfect fun for the entire family!
