A family gem, called Lil Fret, has been passed down from generation to generation. And, each family member has added their special style and characteristics to the place that we call home. We hope you will take pride in the care we give to the house and enjoy the splendid qualities that a true cottage on the Outer Banks has to offer. Settle in with a nice dinner on the screened-in porch and watch the sunset over the house with the cool breeze from the ocean. Listen to the beach sounds roll in while you play ball or clean up your fresh catch from the day under the carport. Each room offers coziness to get that beach rest that comes with the salty ocean breeze at night. We loved the house. Very clean and well equipped. The screened porch was our favorite. So close to the ocean. The bed was comfortable and the house is nicely furnished.
