"Great place"

"Floors were filthy, I was afraid to go barefoot in my own room. Hotel is extremely dated. Elevators (I was on 4th floor) only worked half the time. Fire extinguisher blew up causing an evacuation (scary because we thought it was a fire until they confirmed the fire extinguisher blew up). On the positive side, great ocean view from room, staff was nice."

"First, the "oceanfront" label is misleading. You cannot see the ocean from this property — and as every beach traveler knows, we pay extra for oceanfront specifically to *see the ocean*. "Loved that there was a continental breakfast included as well as an evening wine and snacks provided. Perfect location for beach access. Only suggestion I would have is having beach chairs and a pool shade umbrella - even for a fee. We flew in and rented a car so had to go out and purchase beach chairs"

"The hotel was very clean. Front desk staff not too friendly. Breakfast was excellent."

"Staff amazingly friendly. Had everything we needed. Close to Lucky 12 Tavern and Grill."

"Clean and friendly"
