2 Bed, 2 Bath Condo with an Oceanfront Pool and Ocean View from the Unit.

  • Two-bedroom, two-bath condo (sleeps 5) with pullout couch available to sleep two more if needed. Beautiful ocean views from your balcony. This is a second floor side unit 5B located on the south side of the complex with a great view and close enough to hear and watch the waves crash on the shoreline.

    Location, location, location! Conveniently located near The Wright Brother's National Memorial and centrally located to several 'Best of the Beach' award winning restaurants, Tanger Outlet Mall, Kitty Hawk Kites, and Jockey's Ridge State Park. If you are a lover of sea life, Nags Head Pier is within a couple of miles. Take a day trip to Hatteras Lighthouse, head over to Manteo, or drive up to Corolla where you can see wild Spanish Mustang horses grazing in their natural habitat.

    Property features include Smart TVs in the master and main living area, free WiFi, direct beach access, and an outdoor pool. Sleeping arrangements include: One king bed in master, Queen bed and twin in guest room and pull out couch. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of parking on site and luggage lift for guest convenience. We are located on the second floor with the ground level not having any units but access to the pool. It is 3 flights of stairs up to our unit.

    No pets or smoking in unit.

We had a wonderful time! The walk to the beach was quick and easy! There was plenty of parking and very easy access to everything in Kill Devil Hills! The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful and it was a nice place to relax!

It was a fabulous location to everything we did!! Cute condo setup, however a few things could have been updated and repaired, such as the locks on the front door, master bedroom screen door, and the master closet door. Also condo should have had extra toilet paper stocked. Also pillowcases and bath towels should have automatically been provided in my opinion, however the communication was awesome and the hosts rectified it for us no cost. For the price and time spent there it was perfect!!

I didn’t realize during booking that this was a condo unit with partial ocean view on the 2nd level. This made things a bit complicated with kids and beach things. The unit was well kept and clean upon arrival, we enjoyed our stay and wished the pool had been open. Everyone had a great time!

Fantastic location! Enjoyed our stay, had everything we needed and wanted for a quick getaway We noticed some mold on the shower curtain and some on the floor in the master bath, but nothing that changed our opinion of our trip

It was a nice condo very clean just a few things to add. Is that the doors from the rooms and bathrooms need to be fixed, because you couldn't close it all the way because doors got stuck. And kitchen really nice, Only need seasoning to make it better.And maybe repaint the whole condo and wifi to be honest I wasn't sure if it was not available or I missed to ask for it. Location it was very nice few steps to the beach.

Great value for the money, located around the corner from the Wright Brother memorial. This is oceanfront but its an angled unit so the view is a little limited.We cooked in the kitchen a lot. The only thing that could be improved would be to update/replace the non-stick pans. Aside from that the unit itself was very nice.

Great location- Great place

Overall this was an anniversary trip for my husband and I. I was thrilled with the location and access to beach. Location was phenomenal. All food we ate was fantastic. I was very pleased with everything. I would stay here again off season.

Kiki's Haven

The condo was very clean and perfect for our family of four. They had board games available and we loved our view from the deck. The owner and property management staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

Beach-tastic 😍

The property was as described. We lived the location to beach, Wright Brothers museum, shops and food.we loved waking up to see the ocean. Owners are amazing. Hope to stay again.

Wonderful week!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats! The pictures and description were accurate and it was well cleaned when we arrived. Great central location to explore the area, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. One of the smoke detectors needed a new battery when we arrived, Shana got us a replacement in a timely and convenient manner. Great unit, great host!

First time in the Outer Banks

My family and I stayed here and loved it! This property was in an excellent location close to so many restaurants. The view of the ocean from the balcony was priceless. The condo came equipped with everything you would need to just show up and relax. We also loved that there was a pool. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is ocean view not oceanfront. The condo was okay but many things needed updating or replacing due to damage. Not sure if the condo had been vacant a while or water turned off because we had to let it run a while at first due to it being brown from rust. Cable would be a nice addition to the condo so first don’t have to use their own private apps from home.
