But, the kitchen department asked for apology and we appreciated their apology & explanations. They handled it in a very professional. Otherwise overall everything was excellent. "

Alex and Bob at reception were very kind, welcoming and helpful. The dinning/cafe staff, Daniel, Alex, Emily, Felix and Bashasha were courteous and friendly and great customers service. I would definitely stay at the Heron again."
