"EXTRAORDINARY!!!!! The flights were cancelled late in Dublin and a number of people came to check in after 9pm. The hotel's staff came back in and they opened the dining room to accommodate all the hungry travelers. Exceptional service. The property is STUNNING!!!!!!! Just absolutely top notch. I felt like royalty."

"Everything was perfect the couples deluxe rooms are amazing and everything was so well prepared and very clean , bed extremely comfortable, staff are so accommodating everywhere in the hotel and breakfast is definitely recommended it’s delicious! Gorgeous pool area with modern and practical changing rooms too , will definitely be returning!!"

"We had an excellent stay at the Firecastle rooms and we will definitely return. Very clean room- spotless. I spoke to the lady cleaning the rooms in the morning and she was very helpful and pleasant. The staff in the downstairs restaurant (Harte's) and the delicatessen were all very accommodating. It was a truly excellent place to stay and we are fussy! Thank you. Ps. The Nespresso coffee machine was also amazing."
