"It was in a beautiful location! However there was not much communication between the staff and myself. I had emailed about their additional services and never heard back, I checked in at 4:30 (online it said check in started at 4) and they had already left the property, so I was left alone with a note and no real description about how I could use the living room space and wood fire. "Perfect home for a busy stay. Great location and proximity to the airport. Had all we needed for a busy trip to Ireland. Anne was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions and needs. Would definitely stay there again!"

"There was no clear instructions on how to open the main door. The property manager gave us the wrong code for the room. There was a power outage during our stay and the place had no back up generator so along with no power, there was also no water. My partner was in the middle of washing his face when the water ran out. There’s also no air conditioning unit in the room so we had to open the window as it was too hot. We ended up only staying one night and booking another hotel."
