"Comfortable and spacious for 3 people! We slept well which is #1 priority for us. It was mostly clean. It is well decorated. The location would be fine if you’re driving a car. But since we used train and bus system it took about 10-15 minutes of walking to get to grocery or restaurants and there aren’t really shops nearby. The host responded quickly to an issue I had but either misunderstood me when I wanted help with it right away or just didn’t do it. We had some trouble finding the key...

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"We’ll Switzerland is very expensive so we had to settle for less. It’s clean and walking distance to a couple restaurants and also in safe areas! Small but did the job. Hotel staff very nice."

"The room didn’t have bedside light or the main door light working. They were reasonable and understandable as I kept my luggage in the reception area after checkout to get the lunch and did the laundry after checkout. Yes, I had to get out of the room at 11:00am. Place to close to all good restaurants. The room had a small fan! Didn’t cool the room at all!"
