"How do I even begin to say how amazing the experience was to stay at The Tides. Our original plans for another B&B were cancelled by mistake and we were stuck without a place to stay shortly before dinner. When we did some research we discovered The Tides. AND WOW WHAT A COMPLETE JOY! It’s better than we could have imagined. From the moment we walked into meet it hosts and saw their beautiful home, to great advice to where we could fine, to the amazing accommodations and the breakfast of Irish perfection—wow! (we felt like it was the way traveling used to be…no hotel or hurried attitudes—-only being with real people who wanted to take care of us). It was by accident we found The Tides, but it will be on purpose that we want to return and tell everyone how worth Ballybunion is because The Tides made us feel welcomed and rested and fed with the best Ireland could offer! "This property was a beautiful Coastal Cottage with all of the amenities, close to beaches and cliffs. A quiet little town with lots to do. It was so cozy and relaxing…our only complaint is we didn’t book enough time there. We loved it!"
