Room was always cleaned. Staf was friendly and very professional. Shout to Mary with the welcoming smile as soon as I worked into the lobby, John also was a very patient chauffeur. Karen Plains Hotel
The rooms are spacious. Really loved my stay there. Its opposite to a shopping mall which is a great advantage. The staff were absolutely amazing. Especially Sheila. She was outstanding. Very professional and helpfull. The only downfall was the water wwas cold on some days.
