"Warning: check-in is automated and there is no front desk / reception. This was only made apparent after booking. I was unable to cancel without penalty. The hotel starts sending you slightly unfriendly messages and suspicious links, to add your financial details. It all worked ok in the end, but was unpleasant and a little bit stressful before even arriving. Kaunas is a lovely city, I've been many times. "Worst stay in hotel ever. Hotel is probably 2 stars.
- One towel only provided had to ask for another one
- Empty shower gel and soap dispensers in the bathroom, had to request housekeeping to sort it out.
- Hairs everywhere in the shower stuck on the taps which could have been easily cleaned.
- Bed sheets not fully done properly.
- The room had door joined to the other room which gas zero noise insulation, other hotel guests were loud and also came back early morning waking us up.
