World Famous Shaka Camper


  • Disclaimer- for all our Valued Guests.
    This Van is the oldest in our fleet. it has many bumps, bruises, scrapes etc on the outside.
    However the engine , transmission , brakes and tires are great!

    It is still very comfortable on the inside and has tons of adventure let to give. Please keep in mind this is why the nightly rate is less than our other camper options.
    If you are seeking a more ascetically pleasing option for your vacation please msg me and I will be happy to show you our other options.

    Exploring Maui’s beaches, waterfalls, and lush landscapes has never been easier or more exciting.

    You will love this camper!
    It is designed for comfort, convenience, and adventure—perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to experience the island at their own pace.

    After booking confirmation we provide a comprehensive list of all approved campgrounds on Maui . By request we help with ideas for great food, surf and snorkel locations, and live entertainment



    You are welcome and encouraged to visit Hana!

    Be sure to reserve a site at one of the 3 available campgrounds if planning to stay overnight in that area.
    This camper van is allowed 1 visit up to Haleakala , summit and visitors center per booking.

    -All Dirt Roads including the back side of east Maui between Kaupo and Ulapalakula are not allowed to travel on. this area is not safe for large heavy vehicles



    Each of our camper vans includes -

    - Roof top RV fan
    - 1000 watt power inverter with multiple charging ports and up to 6 usb charging ports per van
    - Hard wood floors
    - Sink with 5 gallons of running water
    - Cooler and beach Cooler
    - Coleman camp stove and propane
    - All cooking and eating utensils
    - French press coffee maker
    - Flashlights
    - Bluetooth stereo
    - Led Interior lights
    - Dedicated house battery ( this will not effect the car battery )
    - Real Mattress not an RV bed
    - Hammock
    - Camp table

    *We rent long boards for $5 per day

    • Insurance: $18/day (billed separately from VRBO)
    • Driver must be 25 years or older

Rob and Steve were absolutely amazing, making our experience unforgettable, we got picked up by Rob from the airport and taken to the campervan, it was our little home away from home for 5 nights, the campervan was well equiped, clean and had a super comfy bed, we got to see all of the islands, something that wouldnt have been possible if we were staying in a hotel, absolutely loved our stay on Maui and cant recommend these guys enough.

The only way to stay in Maui!!!

Every single second from the booking to being dropped back off at the airport to head home was AMAZING!!! The adventure van was PERFECT, it had everything we needed and then some. Rob picked us up and dropped us off. We slept on a different beach every night with the side door open. Being able to travel adventure in the cutest little van was amazing. Can't wait to come back and do it again. Thank you so much.

Its a campervan that has taken many trips around Maui so it had a few dings that added some personality but it also had some nice little touches too. Came with camp chairs, towels, cooler, camp stove, sink etc. Steve the owner was great about campground recommendations and Rob was great getting me from the airport to the van and explained everything about it and was easily/quickly accessible if i ran into any issues or needed any recommendations. For coming to hawaii, a campervan is the best bang for your buck to explore most parts! I would 100% do this again. Only thing I would change is maybe a rooftop fan with stronger CFMs so it just moved more air. But there was even a mini battery powered fan which was nice too! On the outside the van blends in almost like a workvan so you look like a local.
