Very Best Deluxe Ocean View...Panoramic View....First Class!!

My wife and I are proud to offer the very best Deluxe Ocean View villa in all of Ho'olei for your vacation. Only the top row buildings (A-F) are classified by the Grand Wailea as Deluxe Ocean View. Our Unit is in the 'A' Building. Building 'A' sits the highest of all top row buildings and is at an elevation which is above the roof tops of the Grand Wailea and Four Seasons resort hotels. You will be able to enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean which only a few buildings in Ho'olei can offer.

Our unit also offers unparalleled privacy. We are bordered on two sides by the Wailea Blue Golf Course an expansive greenbelt. There is very little foot and auto traffic around our unit with zero noise from the main road, Wailea Alanui Dr. All of these features combine for the most peaceful and relaxing time when sitting on the lanai(s) enjoying a meal, having a glass of wine, and a spectacular sunset.

Ho'olei offers an unforgettable atmosphere filled with tropical beauty and luxurious amenities. The gate secured complex is situated across from the Grand Wailea Hotel, the heart of Maui's most sought-after properties and with their pristine beaches. Our unit's design includes a private elevator, attached garage, a covered parking space, a gourmet kitchen with high end appliances and a spectacular ocean view from the lanai featuring an outdoor kitchen BBQ.

Nearby are Wailea's many amenities, including first-class restaurants, championship golf courses, tennis facilities, elite shopping opportunities, miles of white sand beaches and ocean recreation.

Our kitchen is a Chef's dream. Free high speed cable internet access, Blu-Ray player in the main living room and Master, so you can watch Netflix if you have an account. California King bed in Master, king beds in the guest bedrooms, queen and a twin sofa sleeper in the living room. Rollaway bed and packnplay(s) available upon request in addition to highchairs.

Our family of four (two adults and two kids), along with another adult, had a fantastic stay. From the start, communication and check-in were seamless and top-notch. Even with a major storm hitting the island just before our arrival, the hosts were incredibly responsive and reassuring, and everything turned out perfectly.The condo itself was exactly as described—clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. The views of the ocean and sunsets were absolutely stunning. The kitchen was especially impressive, stocked with more equipment and tools than we’ve ever experienced in a VRBO.The location is ideal—within about a 10-minute walk to the beach and centrally situated in Wailea, with easy access to Kihei and other nearby spots.One of the highlights for our family was the pool area. It was beautiful, never crowded, and a perfect place to relax while the kids played. We found ourselves there almost every day.We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip to Maui and highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful home!

My family of six adults and one toddler spent a week at this property and it more than met our expectations! First of all, each bedroom is large and has an ensuite bathroom, in addition to a half bath off the living area. Everyone had plenty of space and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen set-up was fantastic. We have stayed in many homes while traveling and have never experienced such a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We appreciated having a laundry room with a full size washer/dryer, especially after being at the beach and pool all day. The best part of the place is the large panoramic ocean view lanai with sofa lounging area and large dining table and grill. We spent lovely mornings enjoying our coffee and breakfast overlooking the ocean, and loved our evenings together outside watching the sunsets.Location-wise, it’s an easy walk to the pool, and a bit more of a schlep to the beach, but a fold-up beach wagon made it easy to carry chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards (all included at the home), so not a problem. It’s also an easy walk to restaurants and shops in Wailea. Hope, from the Wailea company, was our contact while on Maui, and she was super helpful with any questions we had. The customer service and care she showed was above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I spent the school’s mid-winter break in Wailea and this home was perfect for us. The location was great! It is close to many amenities. We loved the view from the lanai! My two grandsons enjoyed the pool as well as the beach. Communication with Hope was always fri, kind and helpful. I hope to return!

Another Great Stay

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home and it was another perfect stay! The property is beautiful and the view is the best in the development. The house is clean, beautifully furnished, and has everything you need. We enjoyed having chairs and coolers for our beach days. The perfect home away from home

The Blair’s home had everything our group of 6 adults needed from a fully stocked kitchen, laundry supplies, beach and pool items, toiletries, and the most beautiful lanai views. Games nights on the lanai or around the dining room table were some of our favorite memories of our trip. The location is right in the heart of Wailea. A short drive or walk to shopping, beaches, golf, and restaurants (highly recommend Monkeypod and their mai tai’s). The pool on the property was a highlight as well. It was very well maintained and never busy. A great place to spend an afternoon. The property manager, Hope, was wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was absolutely perfect. We have no complaints and cannot wait to visit again!

Better than expectations

We could not have been happier with our stay at the Blair house. Property was immaculate, plenty of room to spread out with comfortable furniture. We were pleasantly surprised to find a generous welcome goodie package upon arrival. Between the well stocked kitchen and gorgeous lanai views, we enjoyed many meals at the unit. Property manager Hope was great at checking in, and readily available to answer questions. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a cart made our daily trips to the beach effortless. Proximity to the pool, the beach and all of the resorts without being IN the busyness was a perfect fit for our group. Great location for access to many restaurants/take out places/shops. Snorkeling at the reef right off of the closest beach was even better than the snorkeling excursion we went on. We are already talking to friends about a repeat visit 😊.

Fantastic view!

Everything was so relaxing, starting with the easy check-in process! Hope was so kind with her treats she dropped off and communication. The place is so well organized and clean. We have stayed at the Ho'olei in different units and enjoy the complex so much! Thanks again Blair family!

Beautiful views

Accommodations were perfect and views were incredible. Home is equipped with everything you need and then some. Property manager ensures your arrival is as expected and is available if needed during your stay. We could not have asked for more except additional days in this setting. Perfect vacation!
