This condo was excellent! Great location, great view from balcony (watched whales jump at all hours of the day) great beds, excellent showers. Everything was in working order. Close to many restaurants and beautiful beaches.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the holidays! Everything was as described, kitchen well stocked, and the views were just amazing. AC was good in bedrooms but ocean breeze cooled condo off, so we didn’t really even need the AC most of the trip. Joe was very communicative and helpful when we had questions. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly as described, a perfect vacation getaway right on the beach in a clean safe environment. Our host Joe was fabulous. Always very responsive to any questions or needs. Snorkel and beach gear all there to use. I would definitely go back again, can’t wait till next time.

Beautiful views from the lanai of the swimming pool and the lagoon and beach. Living area was very comfortable. Bedrooms had plenty of storage, and bathrooms were beautiful, especially the master bath with the open stone shower. Mirrored medicine cabinets opened and were lighted. Amenities include shampoo, body wash, kitchen spices, 4 beach chairs and towels and snorkel set. Washer and dryer had soap and dryer sheets. Onsite ocean view Indian restaurant had delicious food and wonderful sunset views. Free parking, central location.

Condo was perfect location for our family of 4 to do our daily excursions. Nice food spots a short drive/walk away. Beach out front was wonderful- calm waters to swim in and on morning beach walks, we saw sea turtles every day! A/C and fans made unit very comfortable. Owner checked in on us and was very friendly and courteous. Definitely would recommend this condo and will stay again while in Maui!

We stayed 5 nights in Maui at this condo and it was heaven ! Great location- easy to get to all of our excursions and area in which it was located was great for morning coffee or bit to eat. The beach is right outside your door and there is a sea turtle resting area . We saw several sea turtles right there resting - it was so awesome ! Would stay here again

This was our first trip to Maui and we were very pleased with our stay in Kihei. The two bedroom was perfect for the two couples that stayed there and the space was comfortable. We enjoyed the lanai the most! We started our days with coffee there, watched the whales in the ocean during the day, and enjoyed watching the sunsets in the evenings. The location was perfect to get to a variety of wonderful beaches and places to eat.

My daughter and I stayed with my parents at this wonderful condo. We were very comfortable and marveled over the stunning views. Every morning and evening we would take the short walk to see the turtles resting - amazing! We loved the pool and going to Ululani’s for shave ice. It was great having a washer/dryer in unit. Great location, great communication with Joe, easy keyless entry into the unit and the pool. Overall, just wonderful and I hope to come back one day!

We loved our stay. If we needed something Joe had it there or gave advise. He made sure we were treated like kings and Queens! The condo was clean, plenty of towels and dishes and had amazing views. There are some places that no matter how good a photographer you have, will never do a place justice. That is how I describe the view from this unit. It was clean and comfortable and loved all the amenities the owner provide and property had. Swam with turtles unexpected at the dedicated beach for this property. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a property that had great views from the lanai, a short walk to the beach for swimming and SUP, and peace and quiet. This property fulfilled all of those needs! The location in Kihei is quieter than farther south towards Wailea, but still had a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Take advantage of the mornings for water sports when it is less windy. We got a good breeze each afternoon and then it quieted down in the evening. The beach is private and quiet enough for the turtles to sleep on the beach during the night time and a few were still on the beach in the mornings. A real treat!

The beach was as good as we expected! The property did not have what we expected. Salt, pepper, coffee filters and seasonings was all the extras. We expected coffee, tea and possibly some bottled water in the refrigerator. The ice maker wasn't working, and no manuals in the place nor a first aid kit. I needed one as my toe was torn up shutting the front door. The paperwork said to pick up the registration packet when checking in. Nothing in the room or at registration.

We have visited Maui before, but it was our first time in Kihei. We loved Joe’s condo and the location. The 5th floor view was amazing. It fit our family of 4 perfectly. We had everything we needed including 4 beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels. In addition the entire 7th floor is a viewing deck with picnic tables and BBQ grills. It offers a 360 degree view of Maui. Great for whale watching. In addition, there is a cove on the beach in front of the property which is great for turtle watching. We saw turtles swim by every day. Kihei is central to everything. Joe was an amazing host. He sent detailed information prior to our stay that included links to local restaurants. He also offered is a late checkout which was ideal since our flight home was at 9pm. We would definitely rent this condo again. Great memories.

We stayed at the condo for a week and loved it. The property manager was there when we arrived to make sure we had what we needed which was great. The view is beautiful!!! The living room couches are so comfortable you could sleep on them. The king bed was also very comfortable. I had no back problems which I normally have staying in hotels. My teenage girls used the second bedroom but spent most of their time on the balcony. Absolutely loved the rocked in swimming area right outside. There were 7 turtles there one morning and 5 another I think. We heard about all the snorkeling and kayak trips to see the sea turtles but if you stay at this condo you just have to go right outside. Loved having the beach chair in the closet for us to use. One thing I don’t think people would normally wonder about is towels but this condo had lots. Really nice bathroom and beach towels. The balcony and the roof are beautiful places to see sunsets. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Our family of 5 loved this property! The condo itself had everything, including anything we needed to cook our own food, lots of fluffy towels, and beach chairs, 1 snorkel set, and coolers. The two twin beds and comfy couch were perfect for our 3 boys and the master bedroom had a gorgeous view of the ocean and surrounding mountains and access to the Lani. Bonus- view of ocean from the stone shower! The grounds had a heated pool and plenty of lounge chairs, grills that were immaculately clean, an Indian restaurant, and access to the beach (with turtle viewing). It was very quiet and kid-friendly, but also great for adults. The location is perfect: close to other beaches, restaurants, and easy access to other places. Joe was easy to communicate with and always returned my messages promptly. I would highly recommend this place!

Convenient to everything. Enjoyed the food trucks a short distance away. Swam with turtles every morning. Easy snorkeling just past the breakwater-tropical fish and coral. Perfect end of the building- could see the pool, beach and sunset, but didn’t have the sun beating down on you all day so you could enjoy the balcony more. Plan to bbq and be sure to check out the roof.

Super fun stay. Great location, nice ocean views. Great beach area with easy access. Saw many whales breaching from our balcony and spent many a time out there eating and enjoying the view. Home was very clean and the owner was super respondent and nice. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We also enjoyed having some beach chairs and coolers to use! Our first time in Maui went perfectly and our accommodations met all our expectations. It was clean and fully stocked with anything you'd need for food prep. We were traveling with another couple and the rooms worked out pretty fairly space wise, aside from the master having a MUCH nicer view. They pushed the twins together into a "king" in the 2nd bedroom. Lots of closet space, etc. and the on-site washer/dryer was super helpful since we packed light. Everything we needed for daily routine was within 5-15 minutes (groceries, amazing eats, lovely beaches for snorkeling, etc.) Kihei was a great central spot to explore the rest of Maui. We hiked several places (AllTrails app), we did some excursions, biked down the volcano, did the entire Road to Hana, but our fave was waterfall rappelling. Each day ended with the amazing sea breeze coming through the condo!
