It was an amazing, comfortable property. The beach, stores and most restaurants were within walking distance. The property was well kept and staff were very helpful. I woud definitely stay there again if I go back to Maui!

The Aston at Maui Banyan

We were very pleased with this property. This was our 29th trip to the islands and this property was one of the best ones we rented on Maui. Very clean, well stocked of items we liked. The lighting in the condo was great. This may not mean a lot to many, but we really dislike properties that have poor lighting. Check in and out was extremely simple. We have nothing negative to say about this condo.

Maui Stay

The location was phenomenal, took us about 3 minutes to walk to the beach which was exactly what we wanted. The layout of the condo also worked well for us with two bathrooms and a separate bedroom since we were traveling with our baby. We would absolutely stay again!

Great spot in Kihei

This spot was a great location in Kihei! Just a few minutes walk from the beach, a large kitchen area, and personal laundry machines in the unit were great features. Food options nearby walking distance were great, and other spots in Kihei were just down the road! The assigned parking spot is very tight, so parking could be an issue if you don't have a compact car.

Great Location

We had a great time in Kihei since we were right across from the beach and shops and restaurants were walking distance. So great to have two bathrooms and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

Wonderful Escape

My husband and I had a wonderful holiday here. The location is perfect with beautiful grounds and an easy walk to beaches and restaurants. It’s our third time at the Maui Banyan and this is the nicest unit we’ve had — fully stocked kitchen, comfy bed and a balcony big enough for breakfasts. Would return in a heartbeat! Clean, great location, very comfortable bed. A smaller table that would have left room for a recliner or chair would be a nice addition but we spent very little time inside so it didn't matter much. Would stay here again.

Perfect home away from home. Close to shopping, restaurants, snorkeling coves, golf courses and endless sunsets. Beautiful, easy access, a few steps to the beach ! I definitely would stay here again. Only thing is we got charge for a cleaning fee during booking yet instructions are to take your own trash out. Why the fee ?

Immaculate with incredible location.

This place was immaculate and tastefully decorated with all new appliances. Place was very well furnished with great showers and a great bed. I am a detailed person and was so impressed how organized everything was in the drawers. We were so comfortable here and perfect for our needs with respect to location to snorkeling spots. Would definitely stay here again! I'd give it a 6 out of 5 stars!

Spectacular!!!

Beautiful condo! Location, parking, minutes to beach, beach toys, decor, cleanliness, comfy bed…everything was perfect!! We were worried about not having a water view. We had a view of our own private jungle outside and we left sliders open, (screen doors shut), fell asleep and woke to the sound of tropical birds and ocean waves! We hope we can come back to this same condo unit next year💕

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location excellent for beach-lovers. Descriptions accurate. Cooked at home a lot and was surprised at variety of utensils, both for grilling and home use. Also, attention to detail was above and beyond - down to colored washcloths for makeup removal! Impressive. Yes, we would recommend with one proviso - the lanai has both air-conditioners vented there against the glass (plexiglass?) so the hot air swirls and never leaves. You cannot enjoy being outside unless you turn the ACs off and wait a few minutes for the heat to dissipate. But a) you don’t spend a lot of time in the room and b) the owner probably doesn’t have a choice of location. Just something to be aware of.
