Our 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo (Unit #1603) has been custom remodeled and served as our personal home, making it a luxurious choice that surpasses typical Maui condo rentals.

Upon entering your Hawaiian sanctuary, you’ll find a beautifully designed space adorned with high-quality furnishings and exquisite decor, showcasing fine art and elegant accessories. The living areas feature Brazilian teak flooring, while the hallways and bathrooms are finished with Italian travertine stone flooring. Adjustable dimmable lighting throughout the condo allows you to set the perfect ambiance for any occasion.

The master bedroom includes a comfortable king size bed with a sturdy wooden frame and is decorated in warm colors. Ambient lighting and a ceiling fan enhance your comfort.

Enjoy the refreshing Hawaiian breezes that flow through multiple windows and sliding doors. For warmer days, two air conditioning units—one in the living room and one in the bedroom—are available.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with walnut and bamboo cabinets, granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances and cookware. It has everything you need to prepare meals, should you choose to dine in.

The condo is very private and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. You can also catch glimpses of the ocean and mountains from the kitchen and the large L-shaped lanai.

For your enjoyment, we provide Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and snorkel gear. Complimentary assigned parking is also included.

For entertainment, you’ll find two smart flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, and high speed wireless internet. The Bose sound system in the living room allows you to stream music from your smartphone.

We take pride in our condo and aim to make your stay in Wailea enjoyable and memorable.
