Our host Zapher was great in supplying us with all the information for an amazing stay! Centrally located to shops, restaurants and beach. Beach gear is in great condition so we didn't need to rent snorkeling gear. Highly recommend staying here! Thanks so much, we will be back.

Condo was as described/pictured and worked perfectly for our family of four (2 adults, 1 teen, and 1 older child). We loved that we could walk to the beach (great sunset view just down the hill!) and to nearby restaurants. Appreciated the beach chairs available for use. The condo was just as neat in the photos as it was in person, if not better. The location was great, super close to the beach, grocery store, shops and everything you want and need. The vibe was so cool and the condo was very clean and had all the amenities that you needed on a vacation. Great pool and spa that was nice and relaxing after the beach. This condo worked great for our family, close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Short drive to airport. Easy access to all parts of the island. Multiple beds in loft worked perfectly for our teenage kids. Took advantage of the provided beach equipment also. The few issues we had were solved quickly by owner. Only downside is it is a bit older/dated, but not an issue for our family. Would stay again.

We loved the location for our Spring Break as this part of the island was mainly sunny during a rainy time of year. The condo is unique and well-equipped, but dusty. The beach (one block away) is great for families. We used the boogie boards and even snorkeled a bit right down the street. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was exactly as advertised and very clean. The condo is very quiet and serene and the whole property was well maintained and kept very clean.We had a minor issue with a battery when checking in otherwise we were able to figure everything else out.The hot tub did get taken down and blocked by building maintenance for an entire holiday weekend after someone spilled food into it. It is not the owners fault for this and I'm not dinging his score but just be aware you will be depending on other people to follow the property rules and we did notice other rules being broken without consequences as well.This is not the owners fault at all and most of the other folks in the building were very nice to us but maybe a camera system in the pool area would prevent this from happening again. I hate to see it come to that at such a nice property but when folks break the rules it makes us all look bad and makes the owners mad when we didn't do anything at all.Also with 4 large adults and one couch in the living room it was a little awkward when we all wanted to sit and watch football or play a card game indoors. Maybe another chair or two in the living room would help in thise situations. We didn't want to drag the lanai chairs inside and scrape the floor Both BBQ areas were clean and very nice for a quick outdoor meal or to run down and do some fish or steak.It is a very short walk to the beach and some amazing local food and shave ice.Overall everything was fantastic and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you are a family of four looking for a condo in Maui this option is very hard to beat. We hope to be back soon and to add another mask to the collection!!

Nice fun unit conveniently located in Kihei, nice mountain view! Easy parking with elevator close by. Short short walk down to coffee, breakfast, gifts, beach and more. Unit worked well for 4 people. Nice open views of the West Maui mountains. Air conditioner in all areas. Complex was clean and quiet.

Zapher is a wonderful host - easy communication via app or phone, and very responsive. We had such a good time and his place was perfect for our family. The decor is definitely unique and gives it a special island charm. The location is perfect and the amenities are great. Every place you want to eat and drink is nearby and convenient by foot or car. Parking is easy. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and even the sauna a couple of times, too. The new central air conditioning was great and the TV with cable and streaming apps was, too! We are so thankful to have been able to use all of the available beach and swim gear - from the chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, life vests, and sand toys. We used them daily and the kids had so much fun venturing farther out in the water and us parents enjoying the seats in the shade! Thank you so much for having these available for us to use!!! Thank you again for sharing your Kihei home with us! We highly recommend it!

The house worked very well for our family. We loved the relaxed vibe of the residence - it felt more like we were spending time at the home of a friend than a generic condo. The location was really convenient, an easy drive from the airport and once we arrived we were pleased to see so many great places within walking distance - and when we needed to drive, it was very well positioned to get to many beaches, restaurants, etc.

Accurate description and pictures. A short walk to a wonderful beach park and a wide range of restaurant and shopping options. The ac worked well but with the cross breeze it wasn’t needed often. The condo and location are hard to beat - I would definitely return.
