Quiet studio, corner of the concrete building. Deck looks out to the ocean. Upgraded air conditioning. Elevator access to 2nd floor. Beach is a walk over the grass field. Sunny pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, BBQs. Kihei town is a 5 min drive away, plus so many more beaches. Studio is well set up with comfy queen bed and pull out couch for more family/child.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything for 4 guests to prepare meals as needed, including full oven/stove top.
Keypad entry, so no worry about keys. Coin laundry is just a few steps away. Near road so some traffic noise when deck door is open.
Ample and open parking near the unit.
Owner is quite involved in the community and if your stay includes time, we offer ideas in how to volunteer and be a part of the Aloha that is so activated after the fires. We respectfully stay away from the Westside that was affected, yet the rest of the island is in full glory, awaiting your visit!

Great location , close to ocean and restaurants and easy access to Kahului and airport. Comfortable bedding and nice that beach towels, boogie boards and cooler provided. During our stay we were hit with a very bad storm that closed the road and inundated the road and resort parking lot with mud and debris. The resort staff worked tirelessly for days to clear the mess. They did a great job. Would stay here again.

Condo was at a great location on the island. The condo was as pictured, right next to the beach and nice lawn. Check in process was extremely easy and there was ample parking spots. Perfect size condo for a couple. Would rent again!

We loved our stay in Maui and this rental was perfect for our needs. We had a little trouble finding it at first but Margo was very quick to respond and got us on track with no problems. The place was very clean and even had some nice little extras like folding chairs and umbrella for the beach, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The location was perfect for a lot of the activities we had planned and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was amazing for 2 people! The bed was super comfy and the condo was pretty clean. The only downfall was there were tiny little bugs all over the kitchen. They went all in our food which caused us to notice them. They became super annoying. It was great yo gave towels provided and beach equipment to use! The cooler was perfect for the Road to Hana:) I would stay again!

Just as described in the listing! The location is in a quiet area just steps away from a huge lawn and beach! It's close to the Kihei vibrant scene! The host is also very attentive to questions etc. Overall, highly recommended!

This has been an amazing place to stay while in Maui. Just a short walk to the beach, perfect for sunset! Also conveniently located near shops. Margo has been very helpful when any issues arose. Beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, and even boogie boards available for use. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay during our vacation!

Super nice studio condo to rent. Margo did an great job of decorating and making it comfortable and convenient for guests. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need and even had a supply of coffee for the Keurig to get you started. Beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella were nice extras too. Condo is in a great central beachfront location and pool and grounds were immaculate. Definitely a gem of a place in Kihei!

The Property Manager was Awesome in all aspects. The condo is in a Great location. It was fully equipped at a fantastic price. It also had everything you would need going to the beach or hanging out at the pool. Plenty of parking and minutes from anywhere you wanted to go in Kihei. Outstanding!

This space has been beautifully renovated. Upgraded fixtures. Very clean. Great location close to beach and stores. Parking was easy and host was very responsive. She even gave us great tips on local activities. We loved having the beach chairs and umbrella and cooler. I would definitely stay here again. Mahalo Margo!

This studio condo was perfect for my solo stay! Very clean and cute and stocked with almost everything one could need. I anbsolut appreciate the chair, umbrella, towel, and boogie board!! Add a blender, and 100% of my needs would be met! The grounds are beautifully kept and quiet. This unit is all the way at back close to S Kihei Rd, but with the ac running, road noise is minimal. Mahalo, I would for sure stay here again!

Wonderful unit in Kihei, recently renovated, modern, appliances are like-new, overall very clean. Close to everything you need (beaches, restaurants, markets). Pools, hot tub, BBQ area are well-maintained. Security guard on-site 24/7. Less than 20 minutes drive from airport. The host is very welcoming and super quick in response. Host has many beach things in the closet for guests to borrow: surf-boards, pool noodles, beach chair, beach umbrella. Super convenient.
