If you know the Maui Sunset you'll want to know our location. UNIT numbers are important and tell you a lot. Our condo is in the B building, Number 421. The first number (4) indicates the floor, and the remainder (21) denotes the 21st unit. Each floor has 23 units (B Building), and 22 units (A Building). Unit 01 is farthest from the ocean and Number 23 the very closest to the ocean. There is not a finer condo to rent at the Maui Sunset in terms of furnishings and our view.

Kihei's warm, sunny weather is the best on Maui. Our home is conveniently located within easy driving time of the airport. Walk to nearby grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, craft market, drug store, Post Office, fast food and more. Excellent golf courses are nearby. Activity Desk on the property can assist with coordinating special trips and activities.

Amazing Vacation Rental

This property was awesome. Great ocean front views. Everything we needed was located in the unit. Clean, updated with all the amenities you could need. Owner communicates everything very well so no questions about anything’s. We had an amazing week and will definitely be back.

Great spot for a family vacation

Lovely updated condo that suited our family of 4 very well. The building was a bit dated, but the unit itself was tastefully updated. It had everything we needed--boogie boards, snorkeling gear, towels, chairs, yoga mat, tennis gear. The owners were very easy to deal with. Paul managed to get us an early check-in which was greatly appreciated. The location was good for taking day trips. The atmosphere was family friendly and casual which we enjoyed. Highly recommend for a family vacation.

Great Family Vacation

The place was great, wanted to share a special moment with my parents in Maui and make some cool memories and this place made that happen. Check in process was super easy and check in info was really detailed which I appreciate. Place was very clean and organized very well and the grounds by the water were beautiful. P.S those winds are no joke, my mom and I got blasted off the beach one afternoon :D (again great memories) Thanks again for letting us use your place.

This condo is on the 4th floor with a great western view of the sunset from the lanai. The kitchen is as well-stocked as any I've seen. It even has a candy thermometer, I haven't seen one of those in years. The location is very convenient, about 25 mins. to the airport and the beginning of the road to Hana, and about the same to Turtletown. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great stay for Christmas!

The six of us had a great stay and would definitely come back. The views and kitchen are gorgeous. Two people slept on the Murphy bed and found it comfortable. The condo has everything you could need!

The property was in a great location with the beach right in front. We enjoyed every sunset and everything we needed was included. We only wished we had a little more time to enjoy the pool more, but we had penty of water activities while in Maui. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing Kihei Property & Hospitable Owner

I’ve stayed at many properties over the years and this is among the best from top to bottom. The view is breathtaking. The accommodations are so incredibly comfortable. The nearby activities and beach are extremely convenient. And the hosts were highly communicative and there to support from start to finish. Beautiful apartment, fabulous location

We loved this apartment- it was comfortable and roomy with a fabulous view of the grounds and the beach. It was well-equipped with everything we needed - if there was one extra thing we could have wished for it would have been a kettle or electric jug. The apartment was nice and cool - with the fans and breeze through the lanai we didn’t need to use the air conditioning. Hosts Paul and Joan were great - we had to reach out to them with a maintenance issue and they resolved it super quick. We highly recommend this property.

Great View

Perfect condo for our Maui vacation! The view is beautiful & we watched many sunsets from the balcony. The condo is updated & very clean. No issues with the accommodations. We were close to food trucks, grocery store, restaurants, beaches & we were picked up for tours without issue. Location was perfect! Owners were very responsive prior to our visit & gave us many recommendations for things to do, places to go & restaurants to try. Lots of beach supplies in the condo including beach towels & we really appreciated the washer & dryer. Overall, great place to stay!!

Kihei 2024 Family Vacation

Location and ocean views were great. Beautiful sunsets! Central location made it easy to get to and from the airport quickly, close to Maalaea harbor if you want to do a snorkel tour/sail ride, and a short drive down to Wailea if you want to enjoy the resort/tourist vibe. Condo set-up worked great for our family of four. While we enjoy spending time together, it was great to have space to decompress. Kitchen set-up made it easy to prep meals and eat in, just don't be sticker shocked when you go to the grocery store to buy food. Definitely hit up Target/Costco when you arrive. The trade winds did kick up quite a bit in the afternoon, which is typical for Maui, so definitely worth getting up earlier to snorkel, kayak, etc. in the morning when winds are calmer.
