Located on the 4th floor, closest unit to the elevator (which is also the elevator that is closest to the covered and open air parking lot), very spacious fully-appointed condominium with vaulted ceilings. Vented skylights, lanai with outdoor dining, showing off the gorgeous view of ocean and West Maui! New Ductless Split unit A/C installed in bedrooms and main living area Completed January 2020.
Great location and family friendly! The perfect condo for you to relax in and enjoy having everything within walking distance. Accessible for people with disabilities, however the bathrooms do not provide enough space for direct transfers from wheelchair to toilet. BBQ your dinner on the gas-fired BBQ’s, play a game of pickle ball, swim in the on-site pool or soak in the hot tub, play some golf at the nearby Wailea and Makena courses, or take the very short walk to shopping, restaurants, and beaches! The gentle waves of Kamaole I are a short 300 foot stroll away- great for families and seniors! A fabulous soft sand beach with warm blue waters is surrounded by soft grass and is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, whale watching, learning to surf and sunbathing! Condo’s central location puts everything you need for an ideal vacation right at your fingertips! Golfing, surfing, kayaking, windsurfing, paddle-boarding, parks, fine dining, shopping, cafes, and much more are located only minutes away!

Guests are provided with everything they might need to fully enjoy their stay! Welcome home to a fully supplied kitchen, bathroom and living area! Plenty of linens are available as are a full-sized washer and dryer. Kitchen also comes fully loaded with microwave, large fridge and freezer and an ice maker. Master bedroom has its own large flat-screen tv, queen bed, private bathroom and private lanai- perfect for parents wanting a little break from the action! Guest bedroom also has its own tv and a queen-sized bed. Large living room is spacious and allows for everyone to have plenty of room to gather! This area includes a compact computer desk area, a large flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player and sound bar, comfortable seating as well as a few family games. Wired and wireless internet also included. Upstairs the spacious loft has two separate queen beds and plenty of closet space!

Condo comes stocked with an assortment of entertainment options: Beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards, books, and pickle ball rackets are all available for your use.

Awesome location if you like to snorkel without driving,

Great place, I did parking elevator work. Gand was a 4 or 5 minute walk to beach one and which twhich was some of the best snorkeling I've ever seen.

Christmas Family vacation

We were very pleased with all this property gave usKitchen was well stocked with cookware and the fridge freezer was ample big enough to hold a good size trip to Costco for 5 days of food for 8 adults. BBQ was very good.We made grrat use of the patio.

Home was perfect for our stay… but instructions could’ve been a bit more clear for parking

The home had everything we needed and even more. I didn’t notice until our last day that there were beach chairs and more beach gear for us to use. Everything was honestly perfect. Instructions weren’t really accurate for parking, I ended up getting a violation the first night which I think was just a warning. Host was unresponsive to my messages until the last day.

Condo is in great location for shopping and beach. Air conditioners is main room and living room didn't seem to blow air. Despite that, would definately rent this condo again!

Great Location

The location was great. The condo was only a 5 min walk to several beautiful beaches, different restaurants and central location which made sightseeing throughout the island easy and enjoyable. We also used the pool and Hot tub everyday. We would rent this unit again.

Wonderful place

The location of this place is fantastic and the pool was great for my littles. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first time in Hawaii. The only struggle was it got bright in the house at 5:30 am so my kids were up very early because there is no way to keep the light out of the upstairs or the bedroom

Amazing location right across the street from Kam 1

We had an absolute great time at Arlie's place. Location is great to lots of good food and right across from Kam 1 beach. Kids loved being able to use the boogie boards and adults loved the Tommy bahama chairs available to take down to the beach. Thanks!

Great spot in Kihei

This was a perfect spot in Kihei. Easy to walk down to the beach and there are plenty of yummy food options nearby! We enjoyed the breezes and sunsets from the condo!

Perfect property for larger family

The condo was perfect for our family of 7. Lots of room, good size kitchen, great lani. Loved that there was beach chairs for everyone, boogie boards and a beach umbrella. There was even paddles for the pickleball court.

The condo exceeded our expectations. The space was perfect for our family of 5 plus grandma. The location was close to everything we needed for food, shopping and entertainment. We loved our stay at this property. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. The unit was clean and very well equipped. We loved being able to make our own food and eat on the lanai. The location (and views) were fabulous. the property is as described. We had great communication with the owner. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Maui.

Has Everything

Nice place, nice view, near the ocean, comfortable beds, nice pickle ball court, everything you need to play and board games, beach stuff like snorkels, boogie boards, umbrella, chairs and even a cooler. It had everything i needed this trip, even a needle and thread. Host is always easily accessible and accommodating.
