Leinaala Oceanfront #203 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the second floor of an oceanfront complex, with a panoramic ocean view, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 flat-screen TVs, a Blu-Ray player, complimentary Wifi, and a telephone for local calls. There is a standard king bed and a walk-in shower (no tub). This is unit is cooled with a window unit A/C in the living room, a portable a/c in the bedroom, and ceiling fans throughout. For outdoor enjoyment, Leinaala Oceanfront #203 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Coin-operated laundry room on-site. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Centrally located, close to restaurants and grocery store, the best view of the ocean! It was very clean and the free parking was awesome! We will definitely stay here again!

Great Place in a Great Central Location!

We stayed for a week and loved it! Check-in was super easy, the condo was clean and well kept, and the beach was just steps away. The beach was great for our 6 month old infant as there were no waves due to the reef that surrounded it. We loved our stay and would stay here again!

The property is old but fairly well maintained. The unit is dark but the view from the balcony is excellent. The sliding glass door needs attention desperately.

My daughter’s graduation vacation

My husband and I took our daughter on this trip for her high school graduation. We had an amazing trip and enjoyed our accommodations so much! The place is in a perfect location..close to everything but not busy. The view of the sunsets is incredible! We loved sitting on the beach and looking for turtles. The place was clean and nicely stocked! We were very happy with our choice and recommend it to others!

Oceanview Condo

Great property. Could hardly believe we found a condo of this quality at this price point. Had everything we needed. Sunrise and especially sunset views from our balcony were incredible. Could watch the whales from our balcony and see the other islands in the horizon. Took advantage of the bbq and kitchen to save on meal costs.

The location is great for me because I like to be able to drive to activities and stay in a quiet, more laid back area (away from the hustle and bustle of busier areas like central and south Kihei.) The pool was lovely. It was quiet (although the shutter windows didn't block much of any sound from the hallway, elevator, etc.) Overall it was a wonderful property and I would certainly stay there again.

When you flushed the toilet it sounded like a tea kettle whistling very loudly. Concerned it woke up the people around us. Property was clean. I am allergic to perfumes, I ask that people are more mindful of using unscented detergents. The towels and sheets were washed in scented soap and gave me a headache and sore throat. Other than that the view was spectacular and the location made easy access to all of our adventures. Whales were jumping right out front of us. Multiple turtles rested on the beach when we went for our sunset strolls.

Great Condo with Great View

Perfect view for watching whales in the morning and sunsets in the evening. A short drive to restaurants and shops but road is busy and not walkable as there is no sidewalk hence the one star off location

Sunset view and Chef’s kitchen

This unit had everything I needed and more! I recommend this unit and would stay here again. THE LOCATION: The sunset view facing the ocean, West Maui mountain, & Lanai is the highlight every night. Green sea turtles can be found just a short beach walk away in both directions. Leinaala building maintains nice grounds, laundry on site, assigned parking, and conveniently located in Kihei. It’s a small building so beaches aren’t crowded. THE UNIT: This foodie loved making meals in the beautiful well stocked kitchen. The condo stayed cool in the afternoon with a sun shade on the lanai, a/c in the living room and bedroom. Mornings,I usually open the lanai screen door and front door to enjoy the cross breeze of the trade winds. I also appreciated and utilized the beach supplies (chairs, mat, umbrella, soft sided cooler). Furniture is nice and the bed is super comfortable. MANAGEMENT: Rentals Maui, Inc communicated professionally and timely. They alerted me for payment, check-in, check-out, and followed up when I had a question.
