Kalama Terrace is situated in the heart of Kihei's beach community, just steps from the pristine golden sands of Kalama Beach Park and its renowned surf breaks. The sparkling community pool provides a refreshing escape after days spent exploring. After sunset, barbecue some steaks at the gas grill area This quiet, low-density complex sits half a block off South Kihei Road, placing you within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, nightlife, and conveniences. Yet it offers a tranquil oasis to call your home base during your Maui adventure.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Please be advised that the association is currently conducting power washing and painting of the building, which will continue until October 11th. During this time, there may be disruptions for those wishing to use the lanai, as access could be temporarily limited due to the ongoing work

Nice property in Kihei

The unit looks newly remodeled with everything you need. The mini split air conditioning units are a nice upgrade compared to the box air conditioners. They’re more efficient. This unit is close to the beaches and central to getting to lots of attractions. We would definitely stay again.
