Ceiling fans in bedroom & living room. A/C in living room and bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen loaded w utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave & blender. This Beautiful Condo is on the ground floor (with a wonderful view of Haleakala) steps away from the lower pool, BBQ, tennis/pickleball courts &, of course, the beach (Kamaole 3 Beach Park vited ‘Best Place To Watch The Sunset’ is just across the street). Each evening the Hale Kamaole Conch Band’ blow their shells as the sun didappears. You can join the fun w the conch shell found in the condo. The islands of Molikini, Kaho’olawe and Lanai are in full view to the west. The Hale Kamole complex has 2 swimming pools, two 4-station BBQ’s + 2 propane BBQ’s. In the center of the complex is a large open grass area great for kids of all ages in a safe and confined area. The outside closet is full of beach chairs, boogie boards, fins & snorkels, coolers, and assorted beach toys. My condo offers a great vantage point to keep an eye on the little ones.

Keywords: The World class Wailea Resort with shopping, restaurants, tennis and three Championship Golf courses is just a five minute drive. Also, many world class beaches are within a 5-10 minute drive. The quaint town of Kihei is within walking distance, offering a wide variety of shops, restaurants, more beaches & assorted water activities.
