Well maintained and well equipped cond. Directly across from the pool and laundry facilities.A very easy walk to a very nice beach to spend the day or watch the sunset.Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk to choose from.I would say again if we were returning soon.

The Stillwell's property and hospitality fits us perfectly and we hope to return if they'll have us. The updated interior is comfortable and tasteful. The top floor location is very much like a tree house and provides great ocean views. We love the jalousie windows and even though it was pretty hot during our stay, the cross breeze they provide kept us comfortable. Husband is a sun worshipper, and I can't be in the sun as long, but I was able to retreat to the shady and quiet lanai, while he stayed poolside. The proximity to beaches and good restaurants is another reason that we'll return. Mahalo nui loa!

We arrived and everything was perfect, even had a welcome basket! The unit is an end unit so the additional windows in the living room and bedroom really make the unit bright. It also has great ventilation because of the additional windows and we never turned on the AC for the entire two weeks! The unit has everything you need and very comfortable, clean, and everything works. It is nice to park your car and walk straight into your unit. The location is awesome as a very uncrowded beach is directly across the road. There are 5 restaurants, shopping and even an ice cream parlor all within one block. The apartment itself is very nice and well furnished, except the dishwasher didn't work and the garbage disposal quit working for no apparent reason on our last day. The biggest issue was the 36 steps it took to get to the third floor unit, advertised as a "corner penthouse". The view in the advertisement is very misleading and there is a comment in the description that the unit is on the first floor, not the third floor.

Resort area is great. Our stay was for a month. Biggest disappointment was the lack of cleanliness , i.e. dirty windows, fans, ledges curtains and no cleaning supplies for the bathroom. Also a number of smaller issues. Broken knobs on closet doors, window screens not fitting properly, was lacking adequate kitchen & bathroom linens, ceiling fan in living room had to be fixed. Main screen door had to be repaired (we were locked in a few times till this was fixed) and doesn't fit the door jam properly. The lamps in the living room need to be replaced or fixed. Vacasa did answer with help quickly -- unfortunately we had to call a number of times for different issues. Also, the advertisement indicated a phone and provided a number in the unit but there wasn't a phone in evidence. The instructions for using the TV's need to be updated. The unit was roomy and the shower in the bathroom was great. Needs some TLC.

This location and stay was exceptional. The corner condo with the sunset through the window or on the lanai was spectacular. The peek a boo lanai was perfect from one direction the mountain sunrise the other direction you could see the ocean sunset. Again beautiful. We had some complications getting into the condo but it was quickly resolved. Overall the accommodations and setting were exceptional. Two minute walk to the beach and guaranteed brilliant sunsets each evening. Would stay there again. Wonderful ‼

We just loved it. Felt like home away from home. We instantly relaxed when we walked in the door. Everything you need is there (for a great day at the beach) Also there was a welcome gift. Will definitely be back. Thanks a lot!

The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean overall, except for a few dust fuzzies and popcorn around the couch. Did have many micro bugs/mites running over counters in both kitchen and bathroom. We didn’t like that. Well equipped with kitchen supplies. Lots of towels. Located central to everything. The pool was excellent. We would stay here again without the bugs. Resident gecko was cool. Thanks.

Really wonderful to have the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Those were game changers for us and allowed us to not get sun burned and enjoy our time. We struggled to find the pool door code. Fans in the room were great too. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall out stay was great. Would we have preferred a ground level unit? Sure. Would we have liked to be a bit closer to the beach? Sure. But these are minor quibbles. Also, the manager and the owner responded cheerfully and quickly to an issue with the cable TV.
