"1) Pre-arrival after booking, the reception team (Moshi, Sumali) communicate with you, arrange the seaplane, and any other activity you want to book in advance. 2) Hospitality this is their key for giving a special feeling to guest, everyone is welcoming with genuine smiles and attention. starting from the airport and lounge (Mufed and Sheena), to the arrival welcoming arrangement, and full assistance with the check-in and other services (Mae). and with everyone you deal. 3) Food JAAFAIY is one of the best buffets we ever visited, every night different cuisine, and you can always find something inline with your taste. the Chef (Mustafa) is always checking on guests to make sure they are satisfied and if they wanted anything. 4) Buggy Drivers they are all like tourist guides, talking very nice and making you to know about the Maldives and the resort. 5) Entertainment i liked how the entertainment team is interacting with guests, Zezo and Ahmad were literally doing the whole show back stage and on stage. the fire show is exceptional. 6) The stay villas are very clean, neat, and well-designed. we got the beach pool villa 629, the most private of it's category but in the same time has the widest ocean view. "Royal Island is a paradise! This was our first time to the Maldives and didn't know what to expect. The service was top notch from the time we stepped foot on the island. Staff were available to check in all groups arriving on the boat at the same time, so there was no waiting. We were set up with a contact via WhatsApp (Mark) and he kept us up to date with what was going on at the island each day and was available to address all of our questions. The food at the buffet was good and each dinner had a different theme keeping it interesting. Our server Naseer was friendly and efficient. Finally the setting! The island is beautiful! The clearest water outside of a pool I have ever swam in. We were at the west end of the island and there was easy access to snorkelling in the lagoon. There is some damage to the reef, but we still saw so many fish, rays and a shark. We also enjoyed the Wanderlust and Hanifaru Bay snorkelling excursions. The transfers were well planned (don't panic about not having the details until the day before). And bonus, because we had a late departure they gave us late check-out without an extra charge. Overall a fabulous experience. Highly recommend."

"Our trip to the Maldives at Vakkaru was a dream come true. We were blessed with perfect weather and amazing experiences, like swimming with mantas, thanks to Sato's exceptional care. Breakfast was always a highlight, thanks to Azzam's warm welcome and guidance through the buffet. Meeting Ankita and Sajith added to our joy, with Sajith's incredible coffee art and cocktails. Ahoo even helped us capture perfect moments on the swings. The massages by Ana and Neva were the best we've ever had. Rijai's humor made lunchtime unforgettable. "It was our 3rd year anniversary and we had the best time ever…first of all on arrival..we got the WARMEST welcome from Mary our hostess…she’s very kind, friendly and pays attention to details… she made us very comfortable However, on the massage sector, my wife had the WORST experience with Margaret…she didn’t pay attention to the areas requested and after complaining my wife left there in pain and sore…she wasn’t as friendly so I wouldn’t recommend her… the waiters on the other hand are really kind and nice.. The rooms aren’t properly cleaned..the hygiene is not the best and you can tell its overtime poor maintenance…stains on the white tiles here and there and green mould around the shower corners… we stayed at the water villa with a pool Other than that, the food is 10/10 … the experience was amazing…enjoyed the sunset fishing, feeding and touching the stingrays and seeing baby sharks from our villa..it was surreal.. If you like to have fun, i’d recommend checking in on a Thursday as they always have DJ night and Rachana makes the BEST sheesha…and don’t forget to ask for Mary for a splendid experience. The place was definitely worth it, we’d definitely recommend "

"Maj, Katty, and the rest of the team were wonderful. We stayed for 6 days/5 nights. The food was great and the accommodations were superb. The reef was exquiste for snorkeling and scuba diving. Highly recommend. "
