Spacious and very comfortable apartment

Experience Kiel at its best! The apartment offers everything to relaxing days on the Kiel Fjord to
spend. The Baltic Sea is within walking distance and neither downtown nor beach with the bus more than 15
Minutes away.

The apartment is located in a purely residential area and is accordingly quiet. The roof beams of
Attic were obtained in the expansion and give the apartment a very special, cozy charm.

The kitchen is fully equipped for up to 6 people equipped incl. Coffee, asserkocher, blender, pots and pans.
In very spacious bathroom is adjacent to the shower bath, the most after a day beach
or invites in the city to relax.

Both bedrooms have a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe, so that longer
Stays in Kiel are comfortably possible.

In the basement there is a lockable space where stored, for example, bicycles or beach gear
can be.

Ruhige Lage der Wohnung, Bäcker in der Nähe und der ÖPNVwar hervorragend, da wir auch das Deutschlandticket (49,00€) hatten konnten wir Kiel gut erkunden. Viele Grüße.

Absolut KEINE Empfehlung
Bei einem Preis von ca. 110€ pro Nacht erwartet man keinen übertriebenen Luxus, allerdings auch nicht das, was wir leider vorgefunden haben. Die Wohnung war dreckig - Haare vom Vormieter im Bad, Krümmel und Schmier in der Küche und Wollmäuse in allen Ecken. Nach einer Beschwerde beim Vermieter wurde nachgebessert. Allerdings sind nicht alle Mängel mit einmaligem Säubern zu beheben: Die Duschtüren lassen sich kaum noch bewegen, Kalk und Schimmel wissen dies zu verhindern. Die Möbel sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und insgesamt wirkt alles sehr improvisiert. Zum Beispiel kann die Wohnung von bis zu sechs Personen gemietet werden, es sind jedoch nur drei Stühle vorhanden oder ein kaputter Fernseher steht verstaubt hinter einem Schreibtisch (neben einer defekten Deckenlampe). Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Obergeschoss ohne Aufzug. Dies sollte zumindest in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden! Die Kommunikation mit Jan (Vermieter) war sehr freundlich, aber trotzdem bin ich vom Zustand der Wohnung wirklich entsetzt. Sie ist keine 110€ pro Nacht wert!

Schöner Kurztrip
Jan war total nett und hat uns herzlich aufgenommen. Die Kommunikation war total entspannt und sehr schnell. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Trip braucht. Ein paar Dinge wie z.B. Fenster sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber schon in Arbeit. Im einen Schlafzimmer sieht man auch noch das Fachwerk, was dem ganzen einen gewissen Charme gibt. Und nicht zu vergessen: Ein riesengroßes Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine! Sehr schön auch für junge Familien.

Kieler Wochenende
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Mit dem Bus ist aber die Innenstadt schnell erreichbar. Wir haben zu viert ein langes Wochenende in Kiel verbracht. Die Wohnung war groß genug für uns und sah entsprechend der Fotos im Inserat aus. Ein Nachteil ist nur, dass die Wohnunng im 4 Stock liegt, deshalb nicht für Personen mit Gehbehinderung geeignet, da kein Aufzug vorhanden. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Kiel.

Die Wohnung war soweit in Ordnung, aber eher als Studentenwohnung denn als Ferienwohnung geeignet.
Lt. Beschreibung/Fotos sollte die Wohnung ein Wohnzimmer haben, was nicht der Fall war. Der als Wohnzimmer deklariete Raum war ein Durchganszimmer zu den beiden Schlafzimmer. Für einen Ferienaufenthalt war das keine gute Lösung. Es fehlten Informationenen durch den Vermieter//Hinweise/Möglichkeiten für die sichere Unterbringung von Rädern/E-bikes. Zumindest wir haben dazu keine Hinweise bekommen. Und die Angaben, Räder im Keller unterbringen zu können, ist nicht hilfreich, denn das heißt, die Räder müssen eine Treppe hinuntergetragen werden. Die Angabe, die Ostsee/Förde sei fußläufig in 15 Min zu erreichen, stimmt mit der Wirklichkeit nicht überein.
