This optimally designed and tastefully furnished 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building and was completely renovated in September 2019 and the bathroom renovated.
The living space of approx. 42 m² is divided into a living room, bedroom, spacious kitchen, hallway and a bathroom with shower.

The Prieser beach is within walking distance. Relaxed sunbathing is possible here.

All rooms are painted entirely in light gray. Furthermore, a basement belongs to the apartment.
In the apartment there is a new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob and fridge with a large freezer compartment.
