"The cottage was just as advertised and had absolutely everything we needed. Jon had provided tea, coffee and gluten free cookies and lactose free milk specifically for my diet, so thoughtful. The cottage is small but was the right size for us and the bed was very comfortable as was having a luxurious bath in the evening. "Five hours prior to our check in time our stay was cancelled by the host. The host had no knowledge of our booking until I inquired about access to the property on our arrival. I was then informed by the host that the accommodation was already occupied and I should not have been able to book it. Why did the host not know of our booking? Three disappointed children."
