4426 Windswept is a comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 3rd floor ocean view villa beautifully remodeled and updated for a luxury Kiawah Island vacation. Located in Kiawah Island’s popular East Beach Village, you’re minutes from Night Heron Park and world-class golf with beach access direct from your building.

Upon entry, guests will admire the new open layout and coastal feel. Elements of white, grey and driftwood carry throughout the home, reclaimed wood embellishes the walls, with comfortable furniture and warm, elegant accents to compliment. The kitchen features pale grey cabinets, a deep farm sink and hardwood floors with brand new, stainless steel appliances and a beautiful industrial hood over the range. The kitchen overlooks the dining area and offers a more open layout with columns replacing some interior walls.

Continue on to a spacious living area with large windows offering plenty of natural light and wonderful ocean views. The fireplace is the aesthetic focal point of the room, made of white brick hearth and surround, with a distressed barn wood mantle and custom cabinets on either side. A corner desk looking out over the majestic Atlantic Ocean is the perfect spot for those needing to work from the beach. Sliding doors offer access to a covered balcony with new patio pub table and chairs.

This Kiawah Island ocean view villa comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests. The master suite is sun-kissed with warm colors of a Lowcountry sunset. High quality bedding and custom lighting complete the room. A corner view of the morning sunrise will have you out of bed and enjoying your day. Perfect one bedroom condo for my daughter, son in law and baby.

Beautifully decorated! Comfortable and clean! Perfect for couple or small family. Will keep this one in mind for the future. Only issue was food disposal not working.

Celebrated our 40th Anniversary in beautiful Kiawah, loved the condo location & ocean views. Experienced a water leak from the dining room ceiling for several days but did not let it affect our overall experience. We immediately reported this issue to the 24/7 maintenance but they could not resolve the source. Apparently this leak was an ongoing issue & we were not made aware which is very unfortunate.

Perfect Winter Getaway

We've been coming to Kiawah for 20 years for summer family vacations but had never thought about experiencing the island in the winter. Hubby needed a short get away from work and to celebrate his birthday, so we thought "why not". We have stayed in numerous villas/cottages on the island and this one is up there at the top. We loved having the blinds open in the morning to watch the sun come up while in bed. The unit was spacious, exceptionally clean and well stocked. Plenty of space for two people. Loved the DVD selection!! While it was too cold (temps in 40's) to do a lot of outside activities, we loved experiencing the island without all the crowds. Will definitely come back in the winter and would absolutely stay here again.

A wonderful week on Kiawah Island

Working with Pams staff went very smooth and upon our arrival we found 4426 to be breathtaking in its location, it's view, it's proxsimity to beach access and most of all its condition. It has recently been remodeled and is beautiful in every respect, the furniture, lighting, the well appointed and georgeous bathroom and the comfortable bed. Sitting on the porch gives you a great view of the the beach and ocean and in our case the shrimp boats that work 24/7. We will definitely return and only when we are able to reserve and stay is the very same spot.

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I recently stayed at this location for a quick week long trip. We very much enjoyed the oceanfront view and watching the storms over the ocean. The condo itself was ok and had most of the ammedities we needed. The housekeeping left something to be desired. We stay on Kiawah at least once a year and this is the first time we've had any issue with a rental. We woulc recommend this property due to the view and ocean proximity even though the housekeeping was not up to our expectations and the condo itself could use some basic updates.

It was a short three day trip as we had business in CHS on Sat Eve...the omly issues, the furnishing are so outdated, it appears the same stuff is in the condo as whe it was built in the 70's. The TV is really small and the entire unit is generally in need of a facelift...location is terrific, and for the little time we were in the unit it was fine.
