4409 Windswept Villas is a beautifully renovated 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront Kiawah Island villa with a private deck leading directly to a beach path. Located in East Beach, you’re conveniently located to the best of Kiawah Island.

The open plan living area is elegantly decorated with a sleeper sofa, decorative fireplace and flat screen TV for entertainment. The fully-equipped kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with an adjoining dining table to seat all your guests. The living area has large glass sliders to a quaint outdoor deck with a stairwell to the beach path.

This oceanfront villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 1 bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa in the living area for an additional two guests. The master suite is a tranquil retreat with loads of natural light, a king size bed, flat screen TV and modern ensuite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo adds convenience for additional guests.

TLC needed

We have rented many condos/apts/homes over the years all over the world and have had good luck and good experiences. I do have high expectations but generally have never been disappointed… until this unit. Probably was a great unit at one time, but definitely needs some TLC… including paint touch ups, straightening/organizing kitchen cupboards and laundry/bedroom linen closets. Kitchen cupboards unorganized and messy! Also no placemats! Can’t assume everyone eats every meal out. These sound like small details but along with the primary bathroom pocket door sticking, one of the patio doors falling off the rails, the filthy screen door at the entry, other issues not mentioned, made the whole unit feel cheap and tired. Looking for a place to rent next April, but won’t rent this unit again.
