This Seascape villa is steps to the beach and conveniently located in West Beach Village. However, there is no pool access.

It boasts 1 inviting bedroom with a comfortable king bed. The beautiful interior is complemented is expanded with a sunroom with a futon. The bathroom features a walk in shower. Guests can relax in the cozy living space or step outside to enjoy the awesome surroundings. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Fantastic Villa

This was the most beautiful and located just 1 minute from the beach and very close to the Players Club. I will definitely be staying here again.

Glorious

We needed a quiet, peaceful, beach getaway. This could not have been more perfect! The villa was very comfortable and quiet. It had everything we needed to cook, relax and just unwind. At 6am a few deer passed through the wooded area as we watched from the enclosed porch of the villa, and at 10am we walked just a few short steps to the beach to set up for the day. The beach is wide and the ocean was great for swimming all week. We loved the family oriented environment of Kiawah, and all of the architecture blends in with nature. We had a wonderful time!

Easy Breezy!

Great location less than 2 minute walk from the villa. Bike delivery service was the way to go - these beaches are incredible for biking, walking, swimming, napping, etc. This 1/1 villa was just enough for 2 of us - king bed and what seems to be newly renovated bathroom and floors throughout. Gave cleanliness a 4star only because I think the furniture in living room and closed in porch could use a slight refresh. Comfortable and clean - a few pieces just have stains and seem to be out of place(in porch). Property management comms were spot on. Recommend this little villa! Everything was easy breezy!
