"The lodge offers great scenic views over a narrow gorge and fast flowing river into the Nairobi National Park. The staff are generally helpful and very polite. The food is fine but the choice is quite limited. The rooms are clean but a little old and rough around the edges but certainly not run down. The grounds are wonderful, a large area with a lot of trees filled with wildlife - exotic butterflies, birds, rock hyrax’s and monkeys, all roaming free. "My third stay at skynest for business trips to Nairobi. The location is great, westlands is safe and walkable with plenty of shopping, dining, and socializing options nearby. Skynest itself is very secure and has a great little market on the ground floor where you can buy essentials, and a decent restaurant. The front desk staff are great. The rooms are great. You'll find cheaper option, but you won't find better. "
