8.4/10 Very Good! (1,777 reviews)
Don’t waste your money here. The rooms don’t look like the listing. Torn curtains. One of the staff was really rude. Bathrooms are disgusting. I don’t know how it’s considered a 5 star hotel in some websites. There is no room service. Restaurant staff are entitled and disparaging. Air conditioning wasn’t working. Tv wasn’t functional and had no channels.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (162 reviews)
"Its location to the entrance of Petra. The staff especially at the front desk and at the breakfast buffet. For a local hotel, their service is outstanding. I was a little skeptical with the very high ratings but now I understand know why."
