"Beautiful hotel and site. excel service"

"Zimmer sehr sauber. Hotel modern, insbesondere für thailändische Verhältnisse. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Frühstück in Buffetform sehr reichhaltig. Großer sauberer Pool, direkt am Strand."

"What a wonderful resort. We had a pool access room and loved it. The room was spacious and well set out. The patio also generous. The pool depth at the room access was only 0.5m so made entry/exit easier. Staff were wonderful and the breakfast was also very good with nice tasting bacon, eggs any way to order and a great selection of other dishes. Highly recommended"

"Staff were very nice. Property clean."

"Loved it here, super central to the local Bars and Restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff and very peaceful. Would Definitely go there again 🤗"

"War sehr zufrieden mit diesem Resort Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Khao Lak Oriental Resort. We stayed in a swim-up room, which was amazing and really made our holiday extra special. The hotel has a lovely traditional Thai style and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Our room was cleaned every day and the whole hotel was spotless. Beds and towels were changed whenever requested, and the housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. There was a great selection at breakfast, with plenty of choice, and all of the staff were so...

"Great staff and the room can be clean every day as you desire! Food is delicious and the pool is big clean and fun. We came in a low season but so nice and peaceful..😊"

"This is a loverly beach front resort in a peaceful quiet area of Kao Lak. The staff are very friendly and helpful, giving any assistance required. There is a travel desk in the foyer to book outside trips or arrange extra actives. The restaurant and it's staff are all excellent and the food great. There are 2 bars with afternoon happy hours serving cocktails and beers. 2 very nice pools - one beachfront the other next to the small onsite supermarket. There is also a free shuttle bus running into...

"Fantastic location and the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Spotlessly clean and the rooms have everything you need."

"I had to change room twice : AC was not working upon check-in. Second room had some clicking noise which I bothered me. It became more obvious late at night so staff couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Door lock and my safe had battery issue. I had to call front office for those occasions. Other than these issues, staff were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend a bike tour run by the hotel. It was a great way to see surroundings while staying active. The tour itself was informative and...
