"The Little Shore Hotel is truly magnificent, embodying everything a 5-star resort should offer. If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be "hassle-free." From the moment you enter, the bell boys—Nescafé, Tom, Jerry, and Title, greet you warmly, take your bags, transport you to reception, and escort you to your room, all with a smile. There are absolutely no problems for them. Everyone here is so accommodating that your vacation feels like a utopian world where everything works together seamlessly. The reception staff—Selena, Patty, Jit, and the entire team—are exceptional and accommodating. Now, the rooms—Oh My God! We stayed in the sea view villas and were in awe every time we opened our doors. The view of the pool, cabana, and sea was an absolute pleasure, and we wished we could have extended our stay. Breakfast is heavenly. We didn't have lunch, but dinner at the Thai restaurant Parmam Para takes you through history and myth with flavors that represent historical times. If I can give you any advice, it is: "Just go ahead and book." You will be happy you did."

"Our stay The Sands was wonderful. We had high expectations for our long awaited trip to Khao Lak and having already had a week of hectic sightseeing in busy Phuket, we were delighted to arrive to Khao Lak to a relaxing resort but with enough to keep the children entertained. We loved the local area which provided so many options for shopping and eating out. We had a swim up family room which had excellent facilities and was beautifully furnished. I have literally zero complaints! "

"Terrible check in experience. Waited a long time..they wouldn’t show us to our room and we didn’t get a welcome drink or towel (others did). They then tried to put us in a triples bed room with 2 single beds pushed together. I arranged the romantic dinner..and it was a surprise.. yet TWICE staff approached me in the days before the meal to confirm details of the surprise meal. "
