"One of the most beautiful settings for a lodge we have ever experienced - like an African Monument Valley, with nothing around you outside of the lodge. Great views from the chalets, plenty of wildlife on the property (rock hyrax, birds including lovebirds). The walks on the property were very nice, especially the one taking you up to the lookout.We had dinner included which was great, so was the breakfast. The only negative was some of the staff - you could tell they were not happy to work there or had some other issues that we could feel as guests. Understandable, but not professional. This is not a general statement though, we also met one of the friendliest staff members during our trip here."

"The views were fantastic, staff helpful and polite. Food very good. The rooms are basic but clean. This is a resort build on a mountain and we were aware it was not a city type hotel. Some people seemed surprised and had not considered this was a very remote location. A great place to get the Africa experience. "

"The worst thing was that Wotif sold me accommodation that did not exist. For a group of ten, that was a problem. The staff were very helpful in sorting something else. Wotif was a near disaster. Property has moved and is under construction. Taking tht into account, it was excellent. We had dinner. We had two people who were gluten free and told them. Part of dinner was not gluten free, but they did then prepare something appropriate."

"Lovely country lodge with private rooms. We liked the kitchen gardens at each chalet. Pleasant (if rather cold!) swimming pool. Enjoyable dinners and the sundowner balcony was sublime. Overall memory is of every single member of staff going the extra mile to be friendly and helpful. "
